To begin, please ensure you are in an area with sufficient cell service, as your Navistream tablet requires a connection for the initial activation. To complete there are two options, if you have the activation slip included in the box with your Navistream tablet, please follow option A. If you do not have the activation slip, please follow option B. 


Option A: If you have the Activation Slip

  1. Locate the Tablet Activation sheet provided in the box with your Navistream tablet. Written on it will be your activation code and asset tag.

  1. Enter the activation code and asset tag into the corresponding fields on your Navistream tablet. The activation code is 5 letters, The tablet asset tag will either be T2XXXXX or STTI-XXXX and can be found on the back of the tablet or case.

  1. Press Activate the device.

  2. The Navistream tablet will sync with your account, which may take a few minutes.

  3. Once the sync has completed, your Navistream tablet is ready for a driver’s log in.

Note: On newer tablets, you may be prompted to accept additional prompts for downloading applications. Please accept these, if you have any questions contact Navistream Support. 


Option B: If you do not have the Activation Slip (Generate Code via Web Portal)

  1. Log into the www.mynavistream.com web portal with an account that has Super Administrator privileges.

  2. Click on Administration at the top of the page.

  3. Click on Tablets under Devices (available on the left side panel or middle of the page).

  4. Click on Activation Codes at the top of the screen.

  5. Click on Add Activation Code.

  6. Enter the generated code on onto your Navistream tablet.

  1. Enter the asset tag into the corresponding fields on your Navistream tablet. The tablet asset tag will either be T2XXXXX or STTI-XXXX and be found on the back of the tablet or case.

  1. Press Activate the device.

  2. The Navistream tablet will sync with your account, which may take a few minutes.

  3. Once the sync has completed, your Navistream tablet is ready for a driver’s log in.
