If you find yourself or your driver is using Navistream and not recording any Driving time on their logbook it could mean a few things:


  1. The Navistream tablet may have been turned off during use.

  2. If you or your driver were driving in the U.S. and the vehicle is outfitted with a connection to the truck's ECM, that connection may not be working correctly. This article has some basic tips for troubleshooting this connection.

  3. If you're not utilizing ECM, or you or your driver were driving in Canada under Canadian Federal Regulations then the tablet's GPS may be turned off or malfunctioning. A restart of the tablet can fix this issue sometimes.
