Turn on the tablet if the tablet is off. Once the tablet is at the login screen:
If the tablet has a physical oval button located on the face of the tablet, hit it rapidly 7 times.
If the tablet has no oval button, then take a finger and drag it upwards from the bottom of the screen. Hit the middle of the three icons that looks like a square rapidly 7 times.
This will bring you to the Admin screen. Touch on the Info button to view the Diagnostics screen.
The ECM status is shown at the bottom of this view.
