We have released a new report, the Defects Summary Report . Please note that this report is currently still in testing and may have some functionality issues. If you encounter any issues please contact Navistream Support. 



The new Defect Summary Report and Hours of Service Report share the new Query options. This means for you any changes require you to select to see the new results. You are able to select organization(s), vehicles and specify a date range for the query and select Get Logs once ready. This will populate the Data Table Below. 




Quick Filters allow you to filter out the results from the above query. These options are:

  1. Severity

  2. Repaired Status

  3. System/Component

  4. More than x days defective

  5. Reported By

  6. Last Changed By

  7. Changed On



Insight is a new section that gives you insights into the Defects you have queried. For example the insights may show the most common defective component in your vehicles, or the vehicle with the most defects




The Data Table will be similar to previous Navistream reports with one exception. There are now pages. To change pages simply click the arrows indicated at the bottom of the Data Tablet to move between any and all pages.
