The tablet ID is a unique number that is used to identify a specific tablet. This number is located on a sticker on the back of the tablet. If the tablet is in a hard case, this ID sticker will also be applied to the back of the hard case.
This tablet ID would be required for issues involving your Navistream tablet, or managing your licenses.
If the tablet ID has been worn off of the hard case, the one on the back of the tablet can still be referenced in necessary. If this has also worn off please contact Navistream Support for additional support.
The Tablet ID will be in one of three different formats:
- STTI-####
- T2#####
- T2########
If the numbers on the back of a tablet or case do not follow one of the above formats then they are not a tablet ID.
