How is unit price calculated?

Answer

First the system will look at the FM Price Code (Client Maintenance - Billing Tab) from the Work Order Client.

This field determines how the system will look up the price from the Parts Inventory File.Values from 1 to 6 mean the price comes from "Price 1 to Price 6" respectively  (Pricing Tab)

7 = Average Cost

8 = Standard Cost

9 = Last Cost
