What is the recommended backup routine?

Answer

It is recommended that you backup D:\dtms\live which contains the current version of the application, the databases, and database backup files.

Essentially the databases are backed up on-line each day at 3:00 am, into a folder called databases.backup. Your backup software should ideally be run after the database backup files are created.

If capacity is a problem, you could just backup d:\dtms\live, and exclude the databases folder but be sure to include the databases.backup folder.
